First trip to DC

We went to the Natural History Museum, but it turns out that running up and down the ramps in the museum was much more exciting than any of the displays. So we went outside and ran around. And then got back on the train.

Going to Nana's and Grandpa's

We rode the train to our holiday. It was much longer than an airplane, but much more fun and far less stressful. One night from Chicago to DC where the boys slept like champions. Turing slept on the top bed. Then an afternoon in DC. Then a night from DC to Nana's. No meltdowns. Lots of trains. Very exciting. Every time the train went around a curve it was exciting to see the engine. Every time.
