I'm learning to be a good big brother and teach Huxley to blow raspberries and bang cutlery and have fits of giggles (not pictured). All good.

This is what I used to do before Huxley got mobile. Oh, the good old days.



Now, I am reduced to this. And when Huxley starts to pull up, mom has no idea what will be next. Maybe we can just open the windows to the porch and I can climb in and out with the cats. I was very upset about Huxley becoming more independent, but I seem to be adapting after 3 weeks. And some time outs (!) when I step on Huxley's fingers. But we do seem to be getting along again. On the stroller ride to the farmers' market today, we cracked each other up with the balloon for four blocks. It was pretty fun.

I learned this skill a month ago

Mom's just been a bit slow with the updates, lately.

Also, we went to visit Mike and Maggie and didn't take any pictures. But mom realized that a fenced in back yard is pretty nice because she doesn't actually have to watch me every microsecond. Also, I took my baggie of Life cereal and laid in the grass and watched the clouds roll by for 15 minutes. Who knows what I was thinking about? Nearly as awesome as me gazing out the window of our house and playing the harmonica last summer.

Grandpa came to visit

For all trains, all the time! We played with trains on the floor *and* we went to go see some model trains. Very exciting times.
