These videos are from about a month ago - it is too cold to be doing the outside thing anymore.  The videos are hosted on picasa and something about the compression seems to make them even worse.  Hrm.  In the lower right corner of the video is a drop down menu - the videos look slightly better if you change it to the original size . . .
