Someday, I will learn to take video during the day so they are not so grainy. Maybe.
This one is just the boy hanging out:

We’ve not gotten to the point where Turing seems to be doing something new every day. Besides looking cuter. He now racing around the house trying to catch the cats:

He will occationally pull himself up to standing. Yes, we lowered the mattress in the crib after this photo:
He’s now eating everything. Almost. Except the really scary stuff like peanuts. But he sure does like hummus on bread for breakfast. And cheese most anytime. And watermelon.
He also like handing things to you. It is super funny if you hand it back!
Turing had his 9 month (!) check up last week. The doctor said that Turing has morphed into a toddler body. It is so true.
Grandpa Z got to stop by again!
Grandpa tried to wear Turing out by walking him all over, but I think Turing won.
About three weeks ago, Turing’s strategy for dealing with things out of reach was to decide he didn’t want them anymore. And all that work towards crawling sure was a lot of work:
He finally figure out forward deliberate movement last friday. What could possibly be more motivating than a bottle of floor cleaner?
And now, 10 days later? Watch out! Turing is coming to get you!

Here is a video of Turing with his first balloon. Honest, he was much more interested in the balloon until the video camera came on:

And here is Turing playing the piano:
