Tomatoes are so much fun

Huxley is a very happy guy, generally. Except when he gets pissed (see last entry). But the vast majority of the time is spent laughing and racing around trying to catch up to Turing. It would probably be better if he spent more time learning some words, as he is more than a tad behind at this point. Perhaps it is just that we are more distracted and don't pick up on his approximations. And he tends to repeat things, but not say them. When he's eating and I ask, "are you all done?" he says, "all on". So it's there, it's just not there. And now we have a task for December.

Uncle Stuart came for Tday

We went to E's house and Uncle Stuart put up with everyone very well. Turing and Huxley were both shockingly well behaved for hours. Just like they were shockingly well behaved when we went out the dinner earlier in the week. Maybe it will continue to be great until Huxley hits his 2's . . . that would be pretty awesome. But it is fairly obvious that his 2's are going to be hardcore as he is already very vocal when he gets pissed (usually when Turing takes something away from him). We'll see how it goes when we all fight for control.

Anyway, then we came home and Huxley played the harmonica for us. Turing refused to be photographed, but was busy fixing things for Uncle Stuart to eat from his kitchen.
